Evidence Upload button not active

Problem

When attempting to add Evidence in the Planner, the Upload button is not active (unable to be selected or “Greyed out”)

Solution

  1. The Upload button only becomes selectable when at least the minimum amount of necessary info is provided.

  2. The most commonly overlooked inclusion is related to adding the Skills or LoRs. Ensure that after having Selected the required skill and/or Lor, you have pressed the Add button to add the skill or LoR to the list. The added skills or LoRs will appear above the Select Skill drop-down. See example below for skill PGMG6:

  3. The reason for needing to Add the skill after Selection, is because you have the ability to include a list of Skills & LoRs for the same evidence.
