Problem

You receive a message indicating your account has been made Inactive or invalid, and you are certain you definitely should have a Planner Account.

Our Legacy Free Personal License system (via https://my.skillstx.com/ ) is unfortunately no longer Active. We have had to close it down as it is now become unsupportable and to ensure we avoid any security concerns.

The alternative Free Personal License system has now been available for a number of years, is far superior, and will be upgraded to SFIA9 when it is released in the not too distant future.

See below for an alternative solution.

Solution

  • Register yourself for a new Free Personal License via our current system here: Personal License sign-up

    • You will be sent a link the complete your new self-assessment.

    • Use the link to complete the surveys, making use of your original Skill Profile report to select only the skills you had registered previously.

    • Alternatively

      1. Skip each of the 6 SFIA Professional skill surveys completely

      2. Create your new Planner Account

      3. Use your new Planner access to populate your SFIA Professional skills making use of your original Skill Profile report to select the skills you had registered previously.

      4. Update your skill profile to reflect any skill changes if needed.

The new system has a new Login URL, so best to ensure you save the link for continued usage.
