I cannot access the Help
Problem
Unable to get access to the Planner or Admin Console Help. Often this is due to an organization not allowing access to the 3rd party providers UserPilot & Atlassian
Solution
Check if you can access the Help outside of your current network. (e.g. Use a 4G connection or home network)
If the problem seems restricted to within your organizational network only, then contact the suitable support person in your organization to arrange for access to UserPilot (HTTP Endpoint - https://analytex.userpilot.io/ )and Atlassian domain: https://skillstx.atlassian.net/
If the issue is not network access related and the Help is still failing, please raise an Incident for the issue
