I cannot access the Help

Problem

Unable to get access to the Planner or Admin Console Help. Often this is due to an organisation not allowing access to the external provider Atlassian

Solution

  1. Check if you can access the Help outside of your current network. (e.g. Use a 4G connection or home network)

  2. If the problem seems restricted to within your organisational network only, then contact the suitable support person in your organisation to arrange for access to the Atlassian domain: https://skillstx.atlassian.net/

  3. If the issue is not network access related and the Help is still failing, please raise an Incident for the issue.
