My survey access has requested a password

My survey access has requested a password

Problem

Normally the unique link to a Self-Assessment survey provided in the survey invitation emails will take a person straight into their survey home page without requiring a password. If you instead, get the survey login page and the requirement to enter a password:

This could indicate one of the following:

  • Your same email address has also been set up for Administrator access, for which you previously carried out a password-reset dialogue to set-up your login credentials

  • You have already completed a self-assessment survey and set up password credentials for your Planner access. In which case the new survey invitation link is for an alternative survey such as a Endorsement or Job/Role definition

Solution

To access your survey you will need to use the survey login page and provide the same password you established for either Admin or Planner access, or use your standard single-sign-on if that applies.
