Problem
You are unable to Access or login to your Planner Console
Solution
To access your SFIA Profile using the SkillsTX Planner Console:
Ensure the following:
All your Self-assessment surveys must have a status of 100% complete.
You must have selected the Create Account link after completing your self-assessment surveys and the survey rating page.
You must have carried out your initial password reset in order to set up your personal credentials following receiving the Create Account Email.
Access the Planner Console login will depend:
Current Personal (free) License account: https://personal.skillstx.com/login
Legacy - No longer available
Organizational account: will depend on your organization. Please ask the Administrators of your account.
You can view the Help page on logging into the Planner here: Logging on to the SkillsTx Planner Console
Checks before raising an Incident
Are able to connect to the internet via your network. (i.e. Ensure it is not a localised network or internet issue)?
Are using the correct Email address? (i.e. The exact same address as the one you used to set up your access credentials or most current if your email was changed by Admin. Note: Aliase email addresses will not work)
Are all the points shown in #1 above covered?
If you are using a Copy/Paste of either your Email or Password make sure you have not inadvertently included extra spaces or spurious hidden characters before or after what you believe you have copied.
Try using the Forgot Password link on the Login screen to send yourself a Password Reset Email.
If you do not receive the password reset email then either:
You are attempting to use a different email address to the one you were set up with. (Note: aliases will not work). Check your most recent email from donotreply@skillstx.com for the correct address or check with your SkillsTX Admin or contact person.
Your access has been revoked for some reason. (e.g. You have left the organization and you have been set as Inactive or the organization has not renewed their SkillsTX licenses).
If all the checks are positive, there may be a genuine issue:
If your organization is a SkillsTX Customer ask the SkillsTX administrators of your Workspace to raise an Incident using the SkillsTX Service Desk
If your are using our free Self-Assessment service, then raise an Unable to Log into Planner Console Incident using the SkillsTX Service Desk. (Look under Common Requests).
