2.5 Evidence Management

Select the Evidence tab to manage evidence files that can be uploaded to support skill selections if required.

  1. Select the

    button

  2. This will open a pop-up dialogue box e.g.:

  3. Provide a Label name.

    • This is simply a name or title for the item, which is any name you wish to give it. Very often people will provide a name that describes what the item is. For example, “project management certificate” if you are uploading a certificate.

  4. Select the Evidence Type you wish to upload: (Note: Evidence Types are able to be changed by the Workspace Administrator, so this list is an example showing the default list).

  5. Expiry On (Optional) - You can add an expiry date. (e.g. some accreditation's and certifications have expiry dates).

  6. LoR - If are assigning the Evidence for a LoR select an LoR's you wish to assign to the evidence

  7. Press the Add Lor button

  8. Repeat for each LoR you wish to include

  9. If you need to remove an added LoR from your list select the x next to the Lor. (e.g. see the KNOW7 x below)

  10. Skills - If are assigning the Evidence for a Skills select any one of your skills you wish to assign to the evidence

  11. Press the Add Skill button

  12. Repeat for each skill you wish to add

  13. If you need to remove an added Skill them from your list select the x next to the skill. (e.g. see the SAFE7 x below)

  14. Evidence - Choose whether the evidence consists of a file or a link:

  15. If you are Uploading a file scroll down and use the Browse button to browse your PC for the file and then select it:

  16. If you are specifying a link then scroll down and type or paste the link details:

  17. Press the Upload button to add the evidence to the list.

  18. The evidence artefact will be added to the list of evidence and the page will refresh

In order for the Upload button to become active and available for use after selecting the file. You must ensure:

  • At least 1 LoR or Skill has been Added

  • A Label and all the other compulsory options have been completed

  1. Select the evidence label in the evidence list

  2. Use the resulting dialogue to download the evidence file to save on your PC or show the link


Delete an evidence file - Step-by-step guide

  1. Select

    button that's associated with the evidence file you wish to remove

  2. This will bring up a confirmation pop-up:

  3. Press OK to continue with removal, or Cancel to abandon the Remove

  4. IF OK the evidence file instance will be removed and the page will refresh

The relationships between Uploaded Evidence files and selected skills is represented in the Individual profile report.
