EEA - Planner Access

Problem

After an EEA self-assessment, you are unable to Access or login to your Planner

Solution

To access your EEA Profile using the SkillsTX Planner Console:

  1. Ensure the following:

    • All your Self-assessment surveys must have a status of 100% complete.

    • You must have selected the Create Account link after completing your self-assessment surveys and the survey rating page.

    • You must have carried out your initial password reset in order to set up your personal credentials following receiving the Create Account Email.

    • Access the Planner Console login at https://my-eea.skillstx.com/ Note: The standard SkillTsx login from the SkillsTx website does NOT apply to EEA.

    • You can view the Help page on logging into the Planner here: Logging on to the EEA Planner

  2. Checks before raising an Incident

    • Are able to connect to the internet via your network. (i.e. Ensure it is not a localised network or internet issue)?

    • Are using the correct Email address? (i.e. The exact same address as the one you used to set up your access credentials or most current if your email was changed by Admin. Note: Alias email addresses will not work)

    • Are all the points shown in #1 above covered?

    • If you are using a Copy/Paste of either your Email or Password make sure you have not inadvertently included extra spaces or spurious hidden characters before or after what you believe you have copied.

    • Try using the Reset Password link on the Login screen to send yourself a Password Reset Email.

      • If you do not receive the password reset email then either:

        • You are attempting to use a different email address to the one you were set up with. Check your most recent email from donotreply@skillstx.com for the correct address.

        • The email has been relegated to spam due to it’s donotreply@…. format. Check spam folders.

        • Your access has been revoked for some reason?

  3. If all the checks are positive, there may be a genuine issue:

    1. Contact the EEA Administrators via skills@eea.org.au
