(Admin) Relationships (Organizational Structure) Import fails

Problem

Bulk import using Relationships Excel worksheet (template) fails. Receive error after each attempt and nothing is uploaded.

Invalid Email Addresses

Solution

This is usually caused because the email addresses that have been included in the Import worksheet do not exist. It is attempting to relate people that do not yet exist in the system or have possibly been removed.

Ensure that all the email addresses of the people in the import worksheet have been previously input via the Load/Edit individuals details task
Add any that do not yet exist or remove the references to them from the import worksheet
