I have not received my Email
Problem
I am expecting a survey invitation (or other type of email) from SkillsTX but it has not arrived
Solution
Check Clutter, Junk or Spam email folders, and ensure that your organisation or your email provider is not blocking, or relegating to spam, emails from a donotreply@….. style address.
Note1: Email are sent from donotreply@skillstx.com
Note2: Your organization (or email provider) may need to White-list our sending email address or domain name
Note3: If required our Email Server IP address: 167.89.98.74
Ensure that you provided a correct and valid Email Address when were set up in the system (or registered for the free self-assessment).
If your organization is a SkillsTX customer, check with the person Administering the SkillsTX Workspace that you actually were sent the email invitation.
Ensure there are no localised issues preventing the email from arriving. e.g. Network or Internet access issues, Email rules etc.
If none of the above issues apply:
If your organization is a SkillsTX customer ask the SkillsTX Administrators for your Workspace to raise an Incident for the issue via the SkillsTX Service Desk.
If you are using our Free Self-Assessment Service you can raise the issue yourself via via the SkillsTX Service Desk.
