SkillsTx Planner Login fails

Problem

SkillsTx Planner Login fails with "SFIA skill profile does not exist for this user", or "Your account has been made inactive." when attempting to Log into the SkillsTx Planner for the first time after setting up password credentials.

Solution

This is often due to the fact that the email address registered in the system for that person is not the same as the one the person is attempting to login with. It may be the person generally uses an alias or different email address. Up to this point, direct links have been used to access surveys etc, and this is the first time the person is actually having to Login using their email address as the Username. The following are suggested before an Incident is raised:

  1. Check the actual email address their original survey invitation or password reset emails were sent to. (From donotreplay@skillstx.com)

  2. Ask an Administrator of the Workspace in question to check what email address the person was registered with, and ensure they are using the same one for the Username.
