The following changed or new features have been released since the last communication:
Personalised Favicon - Partner requested enhancement
You can now add your own branded Favicon to your SkillsTX instance.
Reference: 21. Upload Company Logo | To upload you own Favicon
Self Registration - Now provide the ability for specific Self Registration Reasons to enforce having to select a Role based Surveys.
Requires Role based Requirements to be made available for Self Registration
Requires the Reason have Role Selection Mandatory selected. Guide Ref: 18. Manage Features/Settings | Self Registration feature
Analytics - Analytics changes and additions
Skills We Have - Customer requested Enhancement to allow filtering on additional fields such as Department, Business Unit etc.
Vacancies - New page based on FTE and Current & Future Assigned Roles.
For improved accuracy FTE will need to be accurately and consistently maintained for both Users and Requirements (Roles/Jobs).
Language Selector - Now will only show selections for available languages.
Specifically for SFIA9 Customers as the SFIA Foundation roll out additional languages.
Search consistency Improvements - Customer requested enhancement for Assigning/Unassigning people to surveys and for Sending Email invitations.
There was some previous inconsistency between the General Search and Column Search methodologies that could lead to everyone unknowingly being selected and assigned or sent emails, instead of only those required.
Activity Statement Email Template - Customer requested enhancement for it to be added to the Email Template list.
Includes the ability to make it Inactive and includes a special editable block for personalized messaging.
Approval/Endorsement Banners - Partner requested enhancement to include extra information
Profile Version numbers and Last Update Date now included
Action Plan skill selections - Customer requested enhancement for full skills names instead of just Codes/Levels.
Actions and Evidence - Customer requested enhancement to include dates Created/Uploaded
Preloaded Actions - We have provided the ability for Actions to be automatically pre-loaded into new Users Action Plans, as well as for them to be rolled out to ALL Users as a once-off.
Why would you want to do this:
You may have special actions such as Security Awareness training ALL Users must complete when they join your organization.
You may want all current and future Users to complete a new set of specific Actions
Note: Currently only available via manual setup and not able to be Imported or Exported.

Auto Prompt for Evidence - Customer requested enhancement to provide an automatic pop-up to Add Evidence when editing a Skill in a Users Profile to be Proficient or Competent for any level.
