2023 November 15 - 2 New User Planner changes

The following 2 User Planner changes have been released when selecting a Current/Future Job in order to Review Skill Gaps:

  1. The cell flashing associated with Skill gaps has been removed, based on User feedback.

    • Flashing of skill gaps was originally implemented to help determine priority. However, based on feedback, it was not considered a helpful way of prioritizing, and many Users found it irritating, especially as the flashing frequency appeared to be random.

  2. Skill Attributes assigned and required by Jobs (Requirements) are now shown below the Attributes selected by the person. Highlighted Blue for Current Jobs and Green for Future Jobs. This was based on User and Partner feedback.

    • These were included in the legacy system, but not taken across to the New UI. Clients requested for this feature to be included again.

The Planner Guide page Reviewing Skill Gaps has been updated accordingly, and a temporary Spotlight has been included on the Profile Planner Page with a description and Planner Guide link. (The Spotlight will be removed after a month).
