2024 March 28 - Tailored Mentorship release

Tailored Mentorship functionality has been released:

  1. Introducing Tailored Mentorship.

    • Why you may want to use this?

      • Our innovative system not only identifies skill gaps with pinpoint accuracy but also respects personal matching preferences to find a suitable Mentor, ensuring a custom fit that feels right.

      • The Precision Pairing Feature harnesses the power of an intelligent matching algorithm, bridging the gap between mentor expertise and mentee ambition, crafting the perfect mentor-mentee partnerships like never before.

    • Functional changes included to complement the Mentorship release

      • Actions (Action Plan) are now able to be created without the need to assign a skill to the Action. The actions could consist of a descriptions only.

        • Confirmation is required that the Action was intended not to have a skill

        • We suggest that a suitable Action type (e.g. Other) is provided to be associated with such Actions

      • Manage Relationships (Admin)

        • Mentor Relationships are able to be Removed via Manage Relationships

          • They are currently established via the mentor acceptance process only.
