2024 September 04 - Several New & Changed Features β
There has recently been several new and changed features based on Requests for enhancements from Customers that have been published. We have been informing Users of these changes by Spotlighting them individually usually via the Planner interface. This publication provides a list of the recent updates in case you have missed the Spotlights.

2024 July 22 - New Planner My Leaders option β
The following new User Planner feature have been released:
π π The (optional) ability to for Users (Employees) to see the various Leadership Relationships that have been assigned to them, including email contact information. i.e.

2024 June 14 - We've capitulated to survey tailoring β
Major change to allow SFIA Professional Skill Surveys to be tailored
Our Partners and some Customers ganged up on us, and convinced us that there are situations where having Employees only offered a tailored selection of the SFIA Professional Skills for their Surveys is a viable and practical option. We have been led off the SFIA straight and narrow path to the Dark Side. In doing so we have also provided a middle ground between No Surveys at all and the more SFIA purist view.

2024 May 31- Approvals just got sophisticated β
Major changes to the Approval Processes
These features were specifically requested by a Customer who especially carries out large scale bulk approvals, but also required improved functionality and communication.Β We believe a number of our Customers will also benefit from these changes.
π π° The ability to Postpone Approvals in lieu of either Skills changes or Extra Evidence has been added, and includes the ability for individuals to Re-Request approval afterwards. This takes approvals and approval communication to the next level.

2024 May 08 - 1 New major feature β
Set up of User Accounts and circumventing the Self-Assessment surveys
π π The ability to set up Users with SkillsTX Planner Accounts and totally circumventing the Self-Assessment surveys. The setup of the user personal details and their skills profile is then managed via their Planner Account.
This functionality was specifically requested by a SkillsTX Partner to facilitate a requirement for specific on-boarding process, required by their customers. However it coincided with a number of customer requests for similar alternative on-boarding processes.

2024 Apr 25 - Line Manager / Mentor Update Profile Proposal feature β
The following Planner feature has been released:
π π An optional feature that allows Line Managers and Mentors to propose and automate the update to an individuals Skills Profile following the completion of Actions, and include an automated Evidence instances describing the Action, the update/s made and who proposed them.

2024 March 06 - 4 Feature changes β
Action Plan - The following 2 changes have been released:
π οΈ It is now easier to differentiate Partial skill gaps using the icons and hover-overs.
A Knowledge skill gap will have a Purple π£ round icon, and the hover over will display:

2024 Feb 21 - Changes to Evidence functionality β
The following 2 changes to the Evidence functionality in the Planner
ποΈ The ability to add Notes to Evidence. This could be in addition to an Uploaded file or Link or you can also now create Evidence consisting of a Description only.

2024 February 06 - 2 New Admin changes β
The following 2 new changes to Admin functionality have been released:
π οΈ For Manage Users the list of table columns available to configured has been increased to assist Administrators. This was a due to requests by our Customers and Partners.

π π The ability to generate a Requirement Report in an alternative Language

2024 January 10 - 2 New Features β
The following new User Planner (MyPeople) feature has been released:
π π The MyPeople table columns (Available to Managers & Team Leaders) is now able to be configured to suit the Users requirements. Columns are able to be made Visible/Hidden, and the order in which they are presented in the Table is able to be changed.

2023 November 17 - 1 New Feature β
The following new Admin and User Planner feature has been released:
π π The ability to Export the full set of data for individuals into a format suitable for importing into another SkillsTX instance. Export/Import is carried out as an Admin function, and in addition, Admins have the ability to allow Individuals to Export their own data set from their Planner.

2023 November 15 - 2 New User Planner changes β
The following 2 User Planner changes have been released when selecting a Current/Future Job in order to Review Skill Gaps:
π’ The cell flashing associated with Skill gaps has been removed, based on User feedback.
Flashing of skill gaps was originally implemented to help determine priority. However, based on feedback, it was not considered a helpful way of prioritizing, and many Users found it irritating, especially as the flashing frequency appeared to be random.

2023 November 09 - New Admin Feature β
The following new Admin Planner feature has been released:
π π There is the ability to set-up and include up to 5 Site-defined parameters, (columns), to the Users (People) record. This feature was requested by a SkillsTX Partner.

2023 September 25 - New Features/functionality β
The following new Administrator managed features have been released. Both of these were features specifically requested by clients:
π π The ability to generate Endorsed Skill Profiles for Employees without the need for a prior Self-Assessed Profile.

2023 June 21 - 2 New Features β
The following 2 features have been released:
π π Major changes to the Self Registration Feature.
Providing NEW functionality for this feature to be utilized for Employees, having them Self-Register in the system, automatically be assigned for Self-Assessment and automatically sent the Email invitation. This can be used, where appropriate, to simplify on-boarding Employees into the system and reduce Administration overheads.

2023 May 20 - Promote Custom Actions and Skillcoins β
The following new User Planner features have been released:
π The ability for employees, as well as Leaders to Promote Custom Actions and have them Assessed, Accepted and added to the Action List of the organization in order for that Action then to become available for others to select from the list.

2023 Mar 21 - Requesting skill assessment and having digital credentials issued β
Organizations now have the ability to request assessment under a SFIA Foundation Scheme, and for digital credentials or badges to be issued by certified issuers, and have it seamlessly made accessible to Users, via the SkillsTX platform.
Fees associated with this activity, and the functionality has to be made available by SkillsTX to the organization.once they have organized the scheme with the SFIA foundation.

2023 Feb 1 - Major changes to the way Endorsements are structured and conducted β
Endorsements have always been available. However based on feedback and lobbying from our clients, we have re-structured the way Endorsements are conducted in order to allow for more rigor in the workflow and process to cater for organizations that prefer a more regulated and gated process
