The following Planner functionality change has been released:
The selection method when changing (editing) the Levels Of Responsibility (LoR) for Generic Attributes, and in the case of Users already on SFIA9, the Business Skills and Behavioural Factors for Skill Profiles and Requirements (Jobs/Roles) has changed.
What has changed?
The Edit button is no longer required to be selected to make the changes.
The Edit Button Icon now includes a hover-over explanation pop-up to assist.
Just select the appropriate LoR cell (i.e. 1-7) associated with the Attribute or Factor you wish to change the LoR to.
AND once a change has been made the button will change colour to indicate there has been a change in the same way it has always done.
For SFIA9 Customers and Users, there is the ability for Generic Attributes, Business Skills and Behavioral Factors to be:
Hidden - Meaning that they will no longer appear in Profiles for selection.
Optional - Meaning that they can be left not selected and also can be de-selected if already selected.
The above features are at the discretion of the Administrators of you system and the requirements of your organization.
Why has it changed?
To fulfill the intent of the changes that were made for SFIA9.
Our Partners and Customers have requested the ability to make selection Hidden & Optional if required.

The standard Admin and Planner User Guides have been updated to reflect the changes for both editing Profiles and managing the LoRs Visibility and Optional selections.
