Add Requirement (Manually)

You can add a new Requirement from scratch

  1. Press the + Add New button

  2. Complete the Requirement Details you wish to include

  3. The following are compulsory:

    1. Role/Job selection. A legacy concept that allows for the classification of Job or Role. The concept being a Job may comprise of a set of Roles, and Roles may appear in multiple Jobs. Technically from a system perspective their is no difference and this field no longer appears anywhere else and once set, can no longer be changed via any edit process.

    2. Title - Must be unique

    3. Unique Reference - Must be unique

  4. You then have the options of:

    1. Copying the SFIA Generic Attributes & Skills from one or more previously created Requirement/s from the list provided by ticking the required selections.

    2. Ignoring the copy process. You can include the skills from scratch via the Edit functionality, once the Requirement has been created

  5. Press the Create Requirement button at the bottom of the page to create a version of the Requirement

  6. Refresh the screen using Refresh in order to include it in the list

Note that both Title and Unique Reference must be unique.
