Free SFIA surveys no longer available

 Problem

I had started, but not completed, or not yet started, my (Free Personal License) SFIA survey prior to 1st October 2021 under SFIA7. Now when I use the survey link in my email, the surveys no longer show.

 Solution

Our Free Personal License workspace was converted to SFIA8. Incomplete survey sets were unable to be converted to SFIA8 format. SFIA8 surveys have a new format in line with the changes to the skill descriptions. In addition new skills were added and some prior skills changed or removed making the SFIA7 surveys redundant. The good news is SFIA8 is more compatible with the current digital skill landscape, and the descriptions are much easier to read and comprehend. You will therefore need to be issued a new survey invitation to a SFIA8 format set of surveys. To do this:

  1. Raise a Service Request using the following link via our Support (Service Desk): Incomplete SFIA7 survey no longer available

  2. Provide the details required in the Service Request form

  3. You will be sent (Email) a new personalised survey invitation with a link to your SFIA8 set of surveys

 

The Service Request can take up to 48 hours to be acted upon depending on the your time time zone and day of the week.
