Sign In with Google Fails

Problem

Using the Sign in with Google option fails.

Solution

There may be a few reasons for this:

  1. The Sign in with Google button was used by mistake. To overcome this:

    1. Provide your email address and password and then use the standard Sign In button.

  2. To make use of the Sign in with Google, then:

    1. You must have registered for your self-assessment and Planner access using a Gmail email account. (aliases will not work).

    2. Ensure the Gmail sign-in Email address is exactly the same as your SkillsTx access Email address.

Note:

  • If you have forgotten your password use the Reset Password? option to reset your password
