Adding organizational branding to Workspaces

This applies to the legacy platform only

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create/use a .png version with a clear background, of the branding you wish to appear in the Top Left Hand corner of the Admin Console, Survey pages and Planner pages. (i.e. where the SkillsTx Logo is usually represented by default)

  2. The Logo can then be uploaded in two locations depending on your requirements:

    1. Under the Organisation/Divisions Tab (on Admin Home Page). Select the Add Logo link for the Organisation in the Branding column

    2. Under Configure Workspace (under Setup/Management Tasks) task of a selected workspace. Select Add Logo for Branding Logo parameter

  3. Follow the standard dialogue to upload the logo graphic into the system

Notes:

Branding is based on a hierarchical structure. The lowest level uploaded will be the one shown on the various pages. The structure is as follows:

  • SkillsTx branding - Default if no other branding uploaded

    • Provider branding- Only able to be uploaded by SkillsTx Admin and associated with the tenancy owner when present - will replace SkillsTx Logo

      • Organisation/Division branding - Up-loadable as described above - will replace Provider Logo

        • Workspace branding - Up-loadable as described above - will replace Organisation/Division Logo
