Another pragmatic workaround is to view the YouTube tutorial outside of the organisational environment (e.g. from a home environment)
To Download the video:
Start watching the video above
Pause it
Select the download icon (bottom Right in the video control panel)
Use the resultant download dialogue to download and save the file onto your own system
You should then be able to view the video from your own PC and/or distribute to other individuals as needed.
