Reset a Survey (Self-Assessment)

Want to Reset a Self-Assessment Survey?

This is only possible if the surveys have NOT yet all been completed, and a Self Assessed Profile has NOT yet been created. (see Info note below)

Step-by-step guide

  1. Use one of the Track Survey Status tasks

  2. Use the Search to locate the person for whom you require the survey to be set

  3. You need to locate the survey for their IT Professional role

  4. Press the reset button (last column on the right)

  5. Accept the warning prompts

NOTE: To make changes to an already completed Self-Assessment profile, the person will need to use their Planner access to edit their profile.
