Export from the Force Graph Analytics for candidate shortlists or potential risks

To quickly identify and match risk associated with a lack of skills, (e.g. If someone leaves a role), and export from an Analytics Force Graph can provide a short list of possible replacement candidates or highlight the risk due to a lack of current in-house skills

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Admin Console select the Analytics

  2. Select either the Force Graph(Self) or Force Graph(Val) page

  3. Uncheck the 0-25% filter to show individuals who are assigned to a current job

  4. Click the 'more' icon at the top right of the force graph and select export

  5. This will export a list of individuals and their current job with their % match

  6. Use the filters to show future jobs or 'None' *not assigned to a job and export as required.

  7. If you want a quick view of potential matches for a job: select the job (top left)

  8. Uncheck all other filters and then export as above.
