Include specific attributes (e.g. Technology) to SFIA skills

You may wish to have specific attributes such as a type of technology, or process certification associated with SFIA skills for your organisation to allow people to select and assign them from their Planner console

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the Configure Skills Attributes task under the Setup/Managent Tasks group

  3. The attributes will then be available to:

    1. Job/Role Definitions: Using the Edit functionality under Job/Role Management

    2. Personal Profiles: Allows people to select and include the attributes in their SFIA profile via the Planner Console

While SFIA itself is technology agnostic, some organisation wish to associate their specific technology requirements or other attributes against SFIA skills. This functionality provides the mechanism for doing so
