Assign Jobs via Admin in order to carry out preliminary gap anlaysis

Assign Jobs to people using the Job/Role Management task in the Admin Console in order to carry out gap analysis if people are taking a while to assign themselves a job for their current role, or if the ability to assign their own Current job has been switched off.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Admin Console select the Job/Role Management task under the Skills we need (jobs/roles) group of tasks

  2. You can then select a Current Job for each person from the list of Job definitions that have been setup

  3. This information will then be available for use in the analytics as well as the Planner Consoles for each person

This will of course require that Job Definitions have been setup, although we do provide a set of Sample definitions to assist speed up the process
