5. Analytics
Team Analytics
The Team Analytics Planner Menu items will only appear for people that have been configured as Team Leaders or Line Managers in the Org Structure for the Workspace.
A series of Analytics pages are available for team Leaders and Line Managers to conduct analysis.
At the time of publishing the following pages were made available:
What Skill do we have - A mapping of all the skills attributed to the people
Map to what's needed - Jobs to people Force graphs
Action Plans and Gaps - A view of skills gaps and current action plans
Framework Explorer - Provides the ability to explore the official EEA framework as a useful tool and learning aid
The analytics are based on the people assigned to the Team leader or Line Manager only
The analytics pages may change from time to time based on client requirements.
Workspace Analytics
The Workspace Analytics Planner Menu item will only appear for people that have been granted access to the Workspace Analytics via the Administrator Console.
This access is often only granted to senior management depending on the organisational privacy policies.
