6. Manage Jobs
The Manage Jobs Planner Menu item will only appear for people that have been assigned as the Owner of Job/Role descriptions. This provides them with the ability to edit the JDs from their Planner.
From the Menu on the RHS select the JD that you wish to view or make changes to. (By default it will display the top JD in the edit window. It has a similar look, feel and functionality provided for Skills Profiles. Only those JDs assigned to you will be available in the list.
The following options are available:
Edit - Edit the Generic levels of Responsibility and Skill Profile
Expand/Compact - To Compact or Expand the Skills section. (Note: By default it will show in Compact mode)
Version - Select to select a previous version to view
Print Definition - Will print the JD report
Print Candidate Match - Will print a candidate Match report

Return to your Profile
To return back to your Profile from Manage Jobs select the My Profile Home page at the top of the Menu bar on the left
You are able to edit the Job Classification section by selecting the Edit button.
You are able to add/remove Attributes allocated to skills.
You are able to see if anyone is already assigned to the JD, and may possibly be affected by any changes made.
People who have selected the JD for their Current Roles.
People who have selected the JD for their Future Roles.
You are able to update the Notes section.
If you do update the Notes, you will need to press the Save button to save the changes.
