Select Training Providers

Training Providers are partner training organizations that have aligned their Training offerings to SFIA skills/levels, and we have set them up as predefined Actions. If the Provider/owner of this workspace has provided their own Predefined action, they will also be listed here as a Training provider. You can choose which Training Providers predefined actions will be made visible to your own employees via their Planners (Action Plan) here:

0.1 How to work with Admin Page tables and Search/Filtering

The following describes is how to manage their visibility of Training Provider to people to select for their Action Plans via their Planner.

  1. Select the Selected value of the Provider you wish to change

  2. Choose the Selected value you wish to change it to:

    • No - The Training Providers actions will NOT be made available to people to select via their Planner

    • Yes - The Training Providers actions WILL be made available to people to select via their Planner

    • Preferred - The Training Providers actions WILL be made available to people to select via their Planner, AND their action will be given priority in the lists

  3. Press the Blue Tick icon to save the change

    • Note: The icon will only turn Blue and become active if you select a value which is different to its current setting

    • Or you can use the Red (No Entry) icon to abandon the change

  4. The Selected value will be changed in the list
