9. Manage Requirements
Manage Requirements
If you have been Configured as an Admin, then you will not see a Manage Requirements Planner Menu tab. You should make use of your Admin Planner Menu tab and the Manage your Requirements task.
For managing a set of 1 or more Requirements (Jobs/Roles) that have been assigned to you
The list shows the Requirement Name and it’s Unique Reference
Viewing the Requirement
From the list of Requirements:
Select the Requirement you wish to action
It will open the Requirement in a new browser window (e.g.)
You can view the Requirement details
Use the Show Detail button to view the Requirements in expanded mode (i.e. against the full framework)
Editing the Generic Attributes or Skills
Select the Edit Profile button (e.g.)
It will Open the Requirements Generic Attributes and Skills in expanded mode
Use the individual edit buttons at the end of the rows
To make changes as required (e.g.)
Use the Save Changes Button each time to save the individual changes
It will track the number of changes you have made to individual GAs or Skills
Once you finished making all the needed changes:
Use the Save button at the top to save all the changes and produce a new version of the Requirement
You will receive brief prompt pop-ups to indicate the successful changes

Editing the Requirement Details
To make changes to the Requirements Details & Notes shown below the Skills (e.g.)
Select the Edit Button
Make the Requirements Details changes as required
Use the Save button to save them
You will get a prompt pop-up message indicating the Requirement has been updated
To cancel the changes use the Cancel button
You cannot change the Requirement Name
You can change the Unique reference, but do so with extreme caution, ensuring that it is indeed unique. If it is NOT unique, It will prompt you that the reference already exists. (e.g.). But will still make the change.
Editing the Notes
You can make changes to the Note section:
Add new notes or change previous ones in free format
Use the Save button to save the changes
You will get a prompt pop-up indicating it has been updated
