2.9.3 Export Predefined Actions

You can export the list of current Predefined Actions into a format suitable for making changes and Uploading

Export Predefined Action - Step-by-step guide

  1. Use the

    Button

  2. This will export all the Predefined Action in the list to an Excel template and save it on your PC. (e.g in the Downloads folder)

  3. You can them make changes to the Actions in the file and add new ones as needed in preparation for Uploading

When uploading bulk, actions already present are NOT updated in-situ. If you want to change the content of a previous Predefined Actions via Export/Upload you will need to:

  1. Export the Predefined Actions

  2. Delete the Predefined Actions you want to make changes to (or you may wish to delete all of them) Delete Predefined Action

  3. Make the necessary changes to the Exported template

  4. Upload the changed Predefined Actions using the changed template
