2.2. Analytics (Enterprise)

These are the Enterprise Analytics Pages that reflect all the Workspaces held in the tenancy. it includes pages that are not provided with the standard per Workspace Analytics, and does not have all the functionality of the Workspace Analytics..

Analytics associated with individual workspaces can be found within the Workspace Menu after having selected a Workspace from the Workspaces tab. Refer 3.4 Workspace Analytics

Note: pages may be changed from time to time

The following Analytics pages are only available in the Enterprise Analytics:

  • Survey Rating

    • It provides details about the survey ratings and comments from the survey rating after each survey completion

  • Click Tracking

    • It provides an insight into the pre-defined interventions selected
