2.9 Predefined Actions

Provides the ability to provision internally and externally based Predefined Actions (e.g. Training courses) across the Tenancy that can then be selected for adding to Action Plans via the SkillsTx Planner interface.

Note: To make your own predefined actions available for selection, you will need to ensure you have selected your Organisation as either Yes or Preferred under the Select Training Providers task under Setup / Management Tasks.

Managing Predefined Actions

  • You will need to select the SFIA version to which the Predefined Action are being addressed from the selection drop-down under the page header. (If more than one it may currently default to SFIA v7 initially).

Deleting Predefined Action

You can use the buttons to manage the Removal of Predefined Actions.

  1. Toggle Select All, will toggle On/Off all the Predefined Action showing on the page

  2. You can alternatively manually toggle On specific action you wish to remove, and/or toggle Off those previously selected by clicking on the selection boxes individually

  3. Use the Remove Selected button to then remove the actions that have been selected from the list

  • Event Attendance

  • Professional Membership

  • Hands-On Experience

  • Coaching

  • Renew Certification

LoR

The LoR/s attained by completing the action (If any apply)

Skills

The Skill/s attained by completing the action

IsActive

Toggle for making the action available for selection or not

  • True - Available for selection

  • False - Unavailable for selection

Duration

The Duration of the action in days

Website

A website link for viewing action information or bookings. This may be an internal intranet or external website

IsValidated

Whether or not the training has been validated (By SkillsTx) against the LORs or Skills it is purported to address

PublishedOn

The date the action was published

RetireOn

The date the action is scheduled to be retired

ReviewOn

The date the action is targeted for Review

Version

The version number of the action

SFIA Version

The SFIA Version/s the action is associated with

Edit Icon - Select to edit the action

Click Tracker - Select to view the Tracking information associated with the action

Delete button - To remove the action from the list
