5. Skills we have (Assign Participants)

This set of tasks are used to assign participants for self-assessment based on how you wish to them to be assigned.

  1. Self Assignment : Designed to allow people to select their own level of digital experience. This will add an interfacing single question survey in which they will need to first select their appropriate levels of experience. Immediately following that, they will then be presented with a tailored set of skill surveys based on that selection.

  2. Assign Beginners : Designed for a people that are just starting or preparing to start their digital careers. It will configure the self-assessment that on average will take 10-20 minutes to complete.

  3. Assign Advanced Beginners : Designed for a people that are early (<4 years) in their digital careers or looking to transfer from a current career to a digital career. This selection will configure a self-assessment that on average will take 15-25 minutes to complete.

  4. Assign Digital Professionals : Designed for digital professionals with over 4 years of experience. This selection will configure a self-assessment that on average will take 20-35 minutes to complete.

  5. Assign Senior Professionals : Designed for digital professionals with over 10 years of experience. This selection will configure a self-assessment that on average will take 30-45 minutes to complete.

  6. Assign Whole Framework : Designed for digital professionals (and others) who you wish to explore the complete SFIA framework regardless of their experience. This selection will configure a self-assessment including all SFIA skill levels and will take on average 60-80 minutes to complete.

Once people have been assigned you would then use the Tasks under Skills we have (Emails, tracking and reports) to send them the appropriate invitation emails.
