Account & Settings
The following page will open when you select Account & Settings situated below the Language selector. The content of the page will differ depending on:
Whether or not your organization has chosen to activate the GDPR Feature
Whether or not you are configured as a Line Manager or Team Leader in the relationship structure
Personal Settings
Everyone will have a Personal Settings block. You are able to make changes to the following settings:
First Name
Last Name (Surname)
Preferred or Nickname
Activity Notifications enabled - You are able to toggle On/Off the automated notifications (emails) generated by the system and sent to you based on various trigger points, such as extended Planner inactivity etc.
Yes - Notifications will be sent to you (On)
No - Notifications will NOT be sent to you (Off)
After making any changes you will need to use the Save button to save the changes
Your Notification setting is able to be changed by the Administrators of the system should you organization choose to ensure notifications are received
Your Preferred name or Nickname is the name that you will be addressed by in emails etc, BUT only if the Administrators of the system have chosen to make use of Preferred name. (Which is the default)
On this page:
Download Personal Data
This gives you the option to:
Download all the personal information that is held about you in the system by using the Download Personal Data button. This will download an Excel Workbook to a location based on your browser settings. e.g.
This workbook will contain ALL the information held about you in the system including your personal information and skill selections etc.
General Data Protection Regulation
This refers to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Forget Me button will only appear if your organization has chosen to have this feature activated on your system.
This gives you the option to:
Remove (Delete) yourself from the system using the Forget Me button
Note once you have removed yourself, you will no longer have access to your SkillsTX account and your organization will no longer have you information
Activity Statement Frequency
This block will only appear if you are assigned as a Line Manager or Team Leader of one or more sets of people.
As a Line manager and/or Team leader by default you receive regular activity statements relating to your assigned people via your registered email address. These statements will include details of changes to skill profiles, updated action plans and missed deadlines.
You are able to set the frequency that you receive these statements by changing the number of days
Select the number of days from the selection provided:

Press the Save button to save the changes
