8. Team Analytics
This tab will only appear if you have been configured as a Line Manager or Team Leader of a set of people
Team Analytics Menu
Team Analytics is a set of predefined Analytics pages based only on the people that are assigned to you, where you are either a Line Manager or Team Leader.
Unlike the standard Analytics provided, these are NOT PowerBI based analytics, but special in-built analytics that do NOT require PowerBI or a similar analytics engine to produce them.
Select the page you wish to use from the Analytics Menu

Use of Filters
There are various filter selections available depending on the specific page. The filters can be used to refine the Analytics that is being displayed. For example you may wish to only display the analytics for a particular person, or Requirement.
Select the Filter Icons to toggle the filter selections Open/Closed.
Some filters will allow you to select multiple values, (example when selecting Skill Name filter for building a team).
When a filter selection is Closed, and filters already selected will show as coloured icons to the Right of the Filter selection.
e.g.
You can remove a specific filter selection by selecting the x on the icon.
Skills Comparison
Used to compare Skill We Have against Skill We Need.
Skills we have
Understand the Skills your Team already have.
Skills we need
Understand the skills that are needed based on the Requirements (Jobs) that are assigned to your Team members.
Skill Gaps
Understand the Skill gaps situation
Team Builder
Build a specific Project Team based on a set of Skill Requirements and the Skills your Team already have.
Action Plan
Understand the current state of your Teams Action Plans.
Note: There is a separate Target Completion Date filter.
Search for Candidates
Search for Candidates within your own Team to fulfill a Job (Requirement) position.
Note: there are separate Filters to set the % match you are prepared to consider.
Skill Changes
Compare what changes have occurred to a persons Skill Profile based on their Profile Version Numbers. Designed for comparing changes when a person has requested an approval.
