1. Logging on to the SkillsTx Planner Console

1. Planner Sign In (Login)

  • Go to the Login Page you were provided: e.g. https://xxxxx.skillstx.com/login (xxxxx=a unique ID for your instance)

  • Single sign-on capability maybe available for some customers.

  • Use your email address and your SkillsTx password credentials to get access.

After 5 failed Login attempts, you will get a prompt indicating that you have had 5 failed attempts, the that you will need to wait 5 minutes before being able to try again.

 

 

2. Forgot Password?

Use the Forgot Password? link

  • You will need to provide your email address, and a Reset Password email will be sent to that address with a link to enter the Reset Password dialogue
