5.6 Assign Whole Framework

Used to assign individuals who you wish to explore the complete SFIA framework regardless of their experience. This selection will configure a self-assessment including all SFIA skill levels and will take on average 60-80 minutes to complete. From the list of unallocated individuals highlight those who require a self assessment and allocate them by clicking the Allocate button. Provided they have NOT already started answering their surveys, you can remove individuals from the Allocated list.

For Workspaces that have been migrated & converted from SFIA7 to SFIA8, individuals that had NOT completed surveys prior to the migration, will be regressed to being Unassigned, and listed in the Available Individuals table once again. They will need to be re-assigned to complete a V8 survey set, and sent a new survey invitation email.

 

A Not Available Individuals table may also show if there are individuals with the exact same email address that have been been previously added to a workspace in another partition. They will therefore NOT be able to be selected for self-assessment.

This is due to their email address being the unique Login-ID required for security reasons.

Example: They may have prevailed themselves of our free self-assessment service using the same email address previously.

To add additional person record columns to the table press the Columns button.

  • You can select the required columns from the resultant pop-up window

All columns can be used to sort the table and there is Search capability
