2.7.1 Change Administrator details and access

Changing the details or access rights for an Administrator including removing access

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the Edit link on the Administrator you wish to change the details for

  2. Edit/Add the details you wish to change for:

    • Email

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Preferred Name

    • Position (Optional)

    • Other (Optional)

  3. Access Group:

    • Super Admin (Full Permissions) - Ability to do everything including manage Administrators

    • Standard Admin (Most Permissions) - Unable to manage Administrators, otherwise everything including the ability to add new Workspaces

    • Reporting User (Read and Export) - Access to working with current workspaces only. - Have a limited Workspace menu for tracking survey progress and generating reports only.  Includes access to the Dashboard and Analytics

    • Deactivated - All Administrator access removed for that person

    • Power User (Some Permissions) - Access to working with current workspaces only. Access to a limited Workspaces Menu

    • Personnel User (People and Org Structure) - Access to a limited Workspaces Menu. Special access to include changing individuals details and the Org structure, tracking survey progress and generating reports and access to the full Analytics.

Workspaces: To restrict which Workspaces they have access to

  • All Workspaces (Default) - Provides access to all Workspaces within the tenancy

  • Individual Workspaces - will open up a list of Workspaces within the Tenancy. e.g.

    • Select the ones required

  1. None - Prevents access to all Workspaces

  2. Companies: To Restrict access to only specific Companies (Organisation/Divisions)

    • All Companies (Default) - Provides access to all Companies within the tenancy

    • Individual Companies - will open up a list of Companies within the Tenancy. e.g.

    • Select the ones required

    • None - Prevents access to all Companies


Edit Window:

By default Administrators are initially provided access to All Workspaces and All Companies
