The My People Planner Menu item will only appear for people that have been configured as Team Leaders or Line Managers in the Org Structure for the Workspace.

Relationship

Your relationship as defined in the Org Structure for the person. You would have been defined as either a Line Manager or a Team Leader.

Name

The name of the person

Approved

Whether or not the persons Self-Assessment Profile has been Approved.

Note1: The ability for Team leaders or Line Managers to do approvals on their people is defined by the Workspace Admins.

Current Job

The Current job that is selected for the person

Self

The % match of the persons Self-Assessed profile against their Current Job

Endorsed

The % match of the persons Endorsed profile against their Current Job (Not used currently)

Future Job

The Future job that is selected for the person

Self

The % match of the persons Endorsed/Validated profile against their Future Job

Endorsed

The % match of the persons Endorsed/Validated profile against their Future Job (Not used currently)



Viewing a Profile - Step-by-step guide

  1. Use the View button for the person to select Profile

  2. It will bring up the Planner Profile page of the person

  3. The TL or LM will have access to view only all aspects of the persons Profile page

  4. To return back to the list of people use the My People link. (Top LHS of header)


Team Leader and Line Managers can be granted the ability to Approve a persons SelfAssessed profiles.

For profiles they can only be approved once, and the approval applies to the current version of the Profile only. An approval will be removed if a person edits and changes their profile to a new version. It will need to be re-approved if approval is required.





Approving a Profile - Step-by-step guide

  1. Use the 

    button for the person to approve their Profile.

  2. It will bring up a message box as follows: 

  3. You must add some comment for the Approve button to become available.

  4. Select Approve to continue with the approval or Close if you do not wish to proceed with the approval.

  5. The Profile page will be refreshed and the Profile will return with an approval notice.

The approval indication will also show when the person views their own profile, and when select it the comments will show.

If a person creates a new version of their Profile, the approval will NOT apply to their new Profile version, and they will need to request for the new version to be Approved. 




Viewing Evidence - Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the Evidence tab

  2. It will bring up the page of any evidence the person has attached

  3. You can then select the 

    button to download or link to the evidence for that person

  4. This will bring up an Evidence Confirmation pop-up. An example is shown on the right --->

  5. Once you have read the confirmation:

    • Press the Download button if you wish to continue to download the document and save it on your own system using a standard save dialogue

    • Press the Cancel button if you do NOT wish to proceed with the download



Viewing an Action Plan - Step-by-step guide

  1. Use the View button for the person to select Action Plan

  2. It will bring up the Action Plan page of the person

  3. A TL and LM will have access to view all aspects of the persons Action Plan page, including both Focused and All filter tabs

  4. A LM will also have updating access on the persons Action Plan

  5. To return back to the list of people use the My People link. (Top LHS of header)


Line Manager Update access

Because Line Managers are expected to possibly have budgetary sign-off on actions such as Training Course expenditure, Line Managers therefore have the ability to make changes to the Action Plans of the people assigned to them via the Org Structure configuration.

It is expected that such action plan changes will also be in collaboration with the person themselves
