You can add Evidence files or links (e.g. to Digital badges) in order to support Attributes or Professional Skill selected for your Self Assessed or Endorsed Profiles. Team Leaders/Managers or Assessors tasked with authorizing or Endorsing (Validating) your profiles can have access to the Evidence.


Your Evidence List

A list of Evidence that have been uploaded. Each Evidence entry includes:

  • A link to download or show the evidence

    • Refer 5.1 Reviewing the Evidence

  • The Generic Attributes or Skills including the levels to which the Evidence applies (e.g. PROG2,PROG3)

  • The Evidence Type (e.g Certificate)

  • An Edit or Show button. Select Edit to make changes to the evidence information or to Delete it. The Show button is for Evidence provided via an accreditation scheme, and not available for Editing.

Sorting the list

The list can be sorted using the Sort By selection, and the Up & Down Arrows:

Manage Your Evidence

Each Generic Attribute or skill present in your selected Profile provides the ability to Add Evidence for that Attribute/Skills

You can choose which of your Profiles you wish to review include Evidence for from the Choose Profile Type selection:

  • Refer 5.2 Adding new Evidence

The skill are listed under the Generic Attributes or SFIA Professional skill categories.

  • For skills it shows the full skill name and it’s 4 character Code

  • It shows the Level associated with the Attribute or Skill. e.g. 4 or ITSP5

  • For skills It provides a View Description link that when selected will show the full SFIA description of that skill at that level in a pop-up window e.g.

    Use the X in the top RH corner of the pop-up to close it

  • Each skill panel will include a + (Add Evidence Button) in the Evidence column. They will be a different colour based on the status of Evidence provided for that skill

    • A Blue button indicates no prior Evidence has been associated with that Attribute/Skill for that level

    • An Orange Button indicates that this Attribute/Skill at that level already has Evidence associated with it
