3.4.1 Analytics Exports

The Analytics data is able to be exported to en Excel file, in order to produce and tailor bespoke reports from virtually any Analytics panel.

The following example describes how to export from a page containing both a Chart panel and Table of information panel.

In this case it's showing the Skill Gaps Analysis analytics:

To Export the required data:

Set the various filters as required. (e.g. Matching, Requirement JobMatch Type etc).
In this case both the Chart and the Table on the bottom LHS will be populated according to the filters set.
Using your mouse hover over the panel you wish to export the data from.
This will bring up the following selection options
at the Top RHS of the panel. (Sometimes it may show outside the panel).
The 1st option, Focus Mode can be used to open that panel into full screen mode. This will also provide access to the ". . ." option.
The 2nd option ". . ." (3 full stops) can be selected from the original, or full screen mode, to open the More Options Menu
Select Export Data to enter the dialogue to Export the data in .csv format and save the file on your own device.

You can first look at the data that will be exported by using the Show data option 1st.

You can use the same method for exporting data from a table such as the one shown below the chart in this example.
