3.2 Track Survey Progress

This task used to track survey progress in a number of scenarios

 

The table can be sorted on all the columns and there is Search capability

Where Progress is showing 2/2 and % shows 100% - This indicates that the workspace was converted from SFIA7 to SFIA8, and that individual had completed their surveys under SFIA7, and their Profile was migrated & converted successfully to SFIA8.

Under normal survey completion circumstances the Progress is related to the maximum number of survey questions:

  • SFIA8 = 660

  • SFIA7 = 534

Self assignment differences:

Survey Progress will in fact show 2 entries for the same person, one for the self-assignment survey and a 2nd for the IT Professional (SFIA) survey set.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Review the status of surveys using the table

  2. The table can be extended using the Show Entries selection

  3. You can Export the complete details of the table using the Export button

    1. It will download in Excel format and you will need to save the downloaded file as required


Column Name

Column Description & Usage

First

First name of person to whom the survey is assigned

Last

Last name of the person to whom the survey is assigned

Email

Email Address of person to whom the survey is assigned

Survey For

Who the Survey is being conducted for. For IT professional (Self-Assessment) surveys

this will be the same as above

Role

The role that is completing the survey:

  • IT Professional - Self-Assessment Surveys

  • Standard Definer & Expert Definer - Job Definition Surveys

  • SFIA Assessor - Expert assessor for Validation/Endorsement surveys

  • Line Manager, Colleague - LoR only Validation/Endorser survey

Invite

Date stamp of the last Standard invitation email sent

Reminder

Date stamp of the last Reminder invitation email sent

Endorsement Date

Date that an Endorsement appointment was registered in the Person Record for this person

(Optional field commonly used for IT Professional Roles)

Progress

Survey progress measured in the number of questions

%

Survey progress measured as a percentage (%)

Time Taken (mins)

Time that was taken to complete the survey

Reset

Used to reset a survey for a restart.
