9.2 Report Queue/Log
Provides the ability to track the generation of All reports or the failure to generate a report, as well as the ability to Download a previously generated report
Additional columns are available to be added to the default ones showing in the table by using the Columns button and then selecting the required columns from the list:
The table is able to be sorted on all columns and there is Search capability

Report Queue/Log Table description
Being Assessed | For Individual or Job/Role Reports this refers to the name of the person or the Job/Role |

Report | The type of report generated |
Status | The status of the report generation: Status may be such as:

Requested By | The person requesting the report |
Requested On | The date stamp of the request |
Progress | The progress of the generation |
Message | A message regarding the success or failure. In cases of failure may indicate why it failed. |
Started On | The date/timestamp the generation started |
Finished On | The date/timestamp the generation complete |
Download | Select Download to download the report in question directly via this Console |
Batch | An internal batch number - for diagnostic purposes |
Retry Count | The number of times a retry was attempted - for diagnostic purposes |
Retry On | The date/timestamp of the last retry - for diagnostic purposes |
Sent to Assessee | Whether or not the report generated was sent directly to the individual for whom it was generated Note: these are often reports generated automatically or via Planner access |
