7.2 Generate Workbooks

This task is used to generate the Workbooks based on a Person's Self-Assessed profile in order to carry out an Endorsement of their LORs and Skills.

Report For

The name of the person for whom the Workbook is to be generated

Assigned Assessor

If a SFIA Assessor has been assigned, then the name of the assessor

The % completion of the persons Self-Assessment surveys. Note: S-A surveys must be 100% complete for a Workbook to be generated

Skills Workbook

The selection box for generati8ng the Workbook. Includes the date stamp of the last time that Workbook was generated if generated before

The table can be sorted on all columns and there is Search capability


Generate Reports (Workbooks) Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the Workbooks you require to be generated. Note: Surveys must be 100% complete

    • You can select Manually for the ones on the page

    • Skills Workbook - pend button - will select all the workbooks in the whole table that have:

      • 100% Survey Completion

      • Not been generated previously

    • Reset - will deselect all selected

  2. Press the Generate reports button to generate the Workbooks

  3. You will receive an email with a hyperlink to a Zipped folder containing the Workbook

It is possible to carry out and Endorsements for someone who has not got a self-assessed profile, and for which a standard Workbook does therefore not exist.

Workbooks may take some time to be generated depending on report demand and the number being generated.
