1.1 Established Business Services
A fully configured and populated container (Workspace) for Established Management Services is provided for carrying out Demo’s

The Workspace is preloaded with:
An Extra Framework (Interpersonal skills)
The Skill Certification Option (SFIA Credentials) is available - (Refer r.leadbetter@skillogger.com for an example)
89 people
82 People have completed their self-assessments and have SFIA Profiles (including a Profile Photo) and Planner access.
Note: The Track progress for most people shows 1/1 100% due to them being imported from the original v8 version
4 people have been uploaded as Candidates. (i.e. being considered for vacant positions) and also have Planner access.
2 people (New Starters) have been assigned for self-assessment but have not completed them (No planner access).
Cheryl Couture (c.couture@skillogger.com) has Admin Permissions for Endorsements and Approvals via Admin
Raphael leadbetter (r.leadbetter@skillogger.com) has full Admin permissions for Demo purposes
2 people have been provided with an Endorsed Profile as well as a Self-assessed profile. (some based on the outlier analysis).

76 Requirements (Job definitions). (They do not all have Interpersonal skills assigned)
A configured Organizational structure including:
Team Leaders
Line Managers
Mentors
All the people with a Profile have been assigned to a Current job
Many people also have a Future Job assigned
The perceived Sponsor for SkillTX is Martine Arbeid, the Manager for People and Culture (HR)
The What type of Requirement can users assign themselves? = Future Only
Users are able to request approvals
The workspace is a fully functional EXCEPT for the following:
Planner Notifications are suppressed.
1.2. How the people have been configured
Everyone has been configured with the following details where applicable:

All the people loaded into your system for EB Services are defined with a unique email address with the following format:
x.surname@skillogger.com where x=1st character of FirstName and surname=LastName
Example: r.leadbetter@skillogger.com
The Planner passwords for all the people are set to: Skillstxdem0$
The New Starters have been assigned to the People and Culture Team, and most of their details are set to TBA
Everyone with a Profile has their Current Job assigned to them, and many have a Future job assigned as well
1.3. What to expect in the Planner Profiles
You will be able to log into ANY of the Planner sessions for the people with a Profile, using the email address & password combination described above.
e.g. r.leadbetter@skillogger.com password = Skillstxdem0$
Everyone except the New Starters have a Planner Profile
Many have more than 1 version of their Self-Assessed & Endorsed (if it exists) Profiles
Not everyone have Interpersonal skills selected
Many people selected skills attributes to their skills
A number of the Jobs also have Attributes selected
Most people have started to produce an Action Plan
Team Leaders & Managers can approve Skill Profiles
