The following changes have been implemented since April 06
Requirements - The Who can see field now able to be provided/updated via Import functionality
🆕 - This was raised as a Customer Request
The ability to include the Who can see field in the Import file has been released. This allows Requirements to be made available immediately at the time of upload, or for changes to be made via the Import functionality.
Previously this required each individual Requirement to be changed separately.
Analytics - Some outstanding Analytics issues have been resolved
🛠️ - These were raised as issues on behalf of Customers by our Customer Success Team
Activity Status now being updated correctly
The Skill Gap logic has been enhanced. It now includes extra filters and skill information
Assign Participants - Enhanced to make it more intuitive
- This was raised as an Enhancement Request by a Partner
The logic, flow and intuitiveness of assigning participants for self-assessment and sending email invitations has been enhanced to make it more intuitive.
Following the Process Assign action for one or more participants for self-assessment, the wording of the pop-up regarding the immediate sending of the survey invitations emails now reads:
Answering Yes to this pop-up will display the Process Invite table with the Participants that had been assigned Automatically already selected for an email invitation.
To proceed with sending the invitations as already selected only requires the Process Invite button to now be selected.
Note: Any changes to the page, such as by changing the Search criteria, will deselect the automated selections and you will then need to select or re-select them manually. This is intentional to allow for the auto selection to be overridden and changes made to which participants are to be sent emails. e.g. To exclude or include participants.
