Consultant on this level has a basic understanding of cloud offering, can articulate the capabilities of Azure Cloud core products and services and how they benefit organizations. Also can describe common business use cases and how cloud solutions support an enterprise.
Holds AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification or DP-900 Azure Data Fundamentals certification or has equivalent practical experience. Able to perform basic routine maintenance operations after handover, requires guidance in unfamiliar situations.

Consultant on this level is familiar with one or more subject areas, can execute project tasks with minimal guidance within known area. Comfortable working as part of the team.

Consultant on this level is comfortable with one or more of cloud subject areas, can independently execute well planned and defined project within known area and requires some guidance on adjacent subject areas.
Holds Associate level certification or has equivalent practical experience within multiple subject areas. Comfortable working independently or a part of the team.

Consultant on this level is comfortable with multiple cloud subject areas, able to execute project independently and provide guidance to his/her peers. Has substantial experience in the area and able to adapt to given restrictions and provide suggestions to project execution plan.

Holds two or more specialty certifications (Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Database Administrator, Azure Data-scientist, etc.) or has industry recognized equivalent amount of knowledge and experience.
Comfortable working independently or leading large internal or external team.
