Data architecture is a framework of IT infrastructure supporting data strategy of organization. The goal of any data architecture is to show the company's infrastructure how data is acquired, transported, stored, queried, and secured.
Data Architecture focuses on tools, platforms and technical processes of storing, querying and analysing data.

Can lead preparation of technical plans and ensure that appropriate technical resources are made available. Provides technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Evaluates requests for changes and deviations from specifications and recommends actions. Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly. | DATM |
D.Architecture - Lvl 6 | Consultant on this level acts from perspective of entire organization, sets up data management, governance, security and data policies and standards, analyzes current state and defines desired future state. Provides guidance to various teams on data architecture design and implementation. Able to negotiate and influence on enterprise-wide data architectural decisions. | DATM |
