A number of improvements have been made to the Admin functionality as of 28th March 2023, as follows:
Analytics Improvements
🆕 📄 While this has been available for a short while, no proper announcements was issued regarding the Analytics Improvements. Two different forms of Analytics are now more readily available:
The Team Analytics for Line Manager & Team Leaders only (a specialized In-line style analytics based on the people assigned only)
The LMs and TLs will have a special Team Analytics Menu item e.g.
Which when selected will provide a set of specialized Analytics pages e.g.
Full Power BI based Analytics can now be made selectively available via Admin configured functionality.
i.e. The person will need to be granted Admin access, however it can be restricted to the Analytics page only if required.
Changes to the User record (Is Analytics field)
🆕 📄 The redundant Is Analytics User field has been removed from User Record.
Analytics is now made available (as described above) via:
The Line Manager & Team Leader Analytics (In-line analytics based on the people assigned only)
The Admin Analytics configuration. (MS Power Bi Analytics for the full organization)
Relationships Upload Template - Redundant “Endorser” selection removed
🛠️ The reference to selecting an Endorser has been removed from the Upload template
The Endorsement process was changed, and this was a tidy up requirement
Table row size limit options increased to allow 100 & 300
🆕 📄 The table row size limits for various functions now allows both 100 & 300
Previously the limit was a maximum of 30
Requirements - Who can see options now able to be set via Import
🆕 📄 The Who can see option for Manage Requirements is now able to be set via an Import. This was previously only able to be set individually by changing the Requirement Info data manually. In addition:
Exports now al,so includes the Who Can See fields
Upload template also includes the Who can see column
Requirements - Improved table sorting
🆕 📄 The Manage Requirements table is now also able to be sorted on the following 2 columns:
Owner
Who can see
Endorsements - Export functionality
🆕 📄 People carrying out and/or managing Endorsements can now Export the Endorsements and Reports table to an Excel Workbook.
You will need to ensure that the Export functionality has been granted to the person. If you have already granted Endorsements and Reports functionality to various people, and wish to allow them access to the new Export functionality, you may need to change to their Admin privileges to include Export.
Download Personal Data - Improvements
🆕 📄 Users will now be able to select Download Personal Data, via their Account and Settings regardless of the Can users opt to be forgotten? Admin setting. e.g.
Previously this was only available when the Can users opt to be forgotten? setting was = Yes.
