Check Clutter, Junk or Spam email folders, and ensure that your organisation or your email provider is not blocking, or relegating to spam, emails from a donotreply@….. style address.

Ensure that you provided the correct Email Address when you were set up in the system (or registered for the free self-assessment).

SkillsTX Workspace that you actually were sent the email invitation

Ensure there are no localised issues preventing the email from arriving. e.g. Network or Internet access issues, Email rules etc
