I am expecting a survey invitation (or other type of email) from SkillsTX but it has not arrived

Solution

  1. Check Clutter, Junk or Spam email folders, and ensure that your organisation or your email provider is not blocking, or relegating to spam, emails from a donotreply@….. style address.

    1. Note1: Portal email are sent from donotreply@skillstx.com

    2. Note2: Your

    1. organization (or email provider) may need to White-list our sending email address or domain name

    2. Note3: If required our Email Server IP address: 167.89.98.74

  1. Ensure that you provided the correct Email Address when you were set up in the system (or registered for the free self-assessment).

  1. SkillsTX Workspace that you actually were sent the email invitation

  2. Ensure there are no localised issues preventing the email from arriving. e.g. Network or Internet access issues, Email rules etc
