Manage SFIA Credentials and Reports
This functionality will only apply if the Manage/Features option:
Allow users to request skill certification (fees apply) has been set to Yes
This Admin interface is for SFIA Assessors, who are responsible for certifying Evidence, following a Request for “Certify skills” for Evidence has been submitted by a User. Usually this will be following an accredited Training Course or other type of Development action. This will allow the Assessor to assess their situation (often including an interview etc) and select the skill level they deem that person has achieved and submit it for issuing an accreditation Badge. Badges will be issued via Credly.

Credentials Table description
You can hover-over the S,E,A Column Headers for a description of the report type
They are Only visible when Generate Reports active.

Action | Blank | Blank - neither the person has already been assessed and the skill certified, or the person logged in is not the assessor assigned to that person Certify Icon - will show if the person logged in has been assigned to that person, and it has still to be certified.

Assigned to Me
When Assigned to me is selected, it will only show people that have been assigned to the person logged in
Show all will return you to the full list
Generate Reports
When Generate Reports is selected it provides the ability for the logged in Admin person to generate reports for the people that have submitted Evidence for certification. Thereby providing the information that may be necessary as part of the certification process.
Note: The button becomes inactive and OK and Cancel buttons appears
Use the S,E,A header selections to select/deselect All available Reports. (Hover over the column Header for a description)
Warning: if the header selector is used, it selects/deselects the reports of everyone in the table NOT just the current page
Ensure you have selected the required Reports only
Press the OK button (or Cancel to exit Reporting mode)
Unzip etc to extract the required reports and Save as required
Assigning an Assessor
In order to assign someone as a Assessor you must have been granted the access to do so.
Select the Assessor Name field of the person you wish to have an Assessor assigned to
The Blue Tick selection will only become Active if the Person IS eligible
Use the Blue Tick icon selection to select the person (Or you can select the Red icon to exit the selection)
The Assessor Name field will be populated
A Certify Action icon will appear (If the person Logged in is the Named Assessor only)
The named Assessor will now be able to Assess and certify the persons Evidence request
